Return Process

  Securely pack the tool in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

  Drop off the package at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for all high-value tool returns.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
